By booking a trip or service with So Fly Travels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in full or enrolled in an approved payment plan at the time of reservation.
Reservations are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Failure to complete payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Packages are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, availability, or package details at any time prior to booking confirmation.

3. Event Tickets
If your package includes event tickets:

  • Tickets will be purchased on your behalf after payment is received

  • Seat locations are based on the selected package tier

  • Specific seat numbers/rows are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Travel & Transportation
Transportation is provided as part of a group experience.
All guests must:

  • Arrive on time for departure

  • Follow all instructions provided

We are not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival.
No refunds will be issued for missed transportation.

5. Hotel Accommodations
Room assignments are based on selected occupancy (double, triple, or single).
Guests are responsible for:

  • Any incidental charges

  • Damages to hotel property

Requests for specific roommates must be made in advance and are not guaranteed.

6. Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to:

  • Make adjustments to itineraries

  • Substitute hotels or transportation if necessary

  • Modify experiences due to unforeseen circumstances

All changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.

7. Assumption of Risk
By booking, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with travel, events, and group activities.

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Injuries

  • Loss of personal belongings


8. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any guest from the experience without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates policies.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered as described.
All disputes must be addressed directly with So Fly Travels.

10. Agreement
By booking with So Fly Travels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
